::Very friendly staff always gives great and quick service . On waiting time offers coffee or tea. I purchased my new Nissan Pulsar with salesman (Martin - his service and knowledge on very high level) Last week I done first service without any problems. I will stay with them for longer. definitely recommend

::This is the worst experienced i have ever had in my entire life. Most appalling service and we will make sure we will file a case against them and share our experience in social media. Basically we saw a car and agreed to get it on the day with cash price.the car was advertised at £16290.00 in the official website. However the dealer - xxx was trying to persuvade us saying that get in finance as you will be receiving 2 years road side assistance and 2 services free and will save you money. Eventhough we had the cash made us take finance. Anyway we agreed and paid £500.00 as deposit and agreed to pay £7000 in the next week. As we need to wait for finance paper work. Nothing arrived and we called the office and they informed natasha is not in office and will call you tomorrow. We waited and called again. xxx informs that the car is not in sale anymore as the month end sale is finished. Later the car is back on sale at £19000.00. I am just gobsmacked. I have no words to express my pain. As we sold our existing car based on purchasing this car. We have informed family and friends about our car. We were worried about garages and went to nissan dealer. Which worst then any doggy garages. Specially on the snowy weather with children we sold our car and are currently left with no car. We are not unethical hence did not mention the name of the dealer. Its the most unethical practice and we will sue nissan. If nissan wants more information and if they are the ethical company they pretend and advertise the world. Ask them to answer this post. I am happy to share my information and evidence.

::Awarded 1 star as no option to give 0! Having previously used this Nissan dealer for various Nissan purchases without issue and in fact had found them helpful in the info they have previously provided. Today one staff member in particular (Zac) has completely destroyed their reputation within our household, and via word of mouth. We will no longer recommend them or use them. We wished to book a diagnostic report we had a number of questions about this. Having not used them for this kind of service before we looked through previous reviews. 3 Star ok...... average we thought we would proceed anyway, needless to say we didn't even get as far as booking. His tone over the phone was not only condescending and rude but aggressive. He wrongly assumed I had never been to the dealership before, as I mentioned I had read some negative reviews on the website. He told me I was argumentative because I asked him a question he was unable to answer! Extremely disappointing service from a worldwide brand such as Nissan. Basically I think if its just a spare part you need , you might be ok! but I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for anything else particularly if you value even the most basic friendly customer service which this dealership is undeniably lacking.
