  A church famous for the Bible teaching of Martin Lloyd Jones which continues to disciple is congregation will, but also has a great to reach out with live, hope, and good news to the "least reached" of Westminster. A wonderfully diverse congregation with a warm welcome.

  What a lovely church! People were friendly and welcoming, and it was a great service... Fun, with a thought provoking message from the Bible. Strongly recommended.

  I must say my one and only experience of Westminster Chapel was for the Carols by Candlelight service on the 10th of Dec. And so my view maybe skewed some what. That said I can only comment on this service, which I found magical. Really heart warming and professionally conducted. Except, and a big except, was the main speaker who seemed to enjoy speaking more than other did listing to him. Short and sweet would have been best. But the choir were really good. There was mince pies and mulled wine after and it really gave us the Christmas buzz we were in search of.

  Anti-ecumenical, anti-Catholic leafletting outside Westminster Cathedral reflect badly on a small hardcore of older members. Is the management of the Chapel aware of what this group of members are up to each Saturday?

  Westminster Chapel has largely abandoned its banner of truth reformed heritage that it had under Lloyd-Jones & the early years of RT Kendall, and has adopted a new frontiers charismatic flavour. I attended the 5.30pm meeting and it was nearly all young people (nothing wrong with that) but very few middle aged and older saints, even though the kingdom of God is made up of all ages. In no way was the sermon an exposition of scripture, most people did not even have a bible open, but rather it was 'a talk' (that's the buzz word in many of these churches which don't like the word sermon) around the subject in question. This 'happy' approach that they now take at Westminster Chapel is great and wonderful whilst you are young and idealistic, but as you get older and the the cold realities of living in a sinful, fallen, and sometimes brutal world set in, then you need the solid meat of the word and sound doctrine in both hymns and bible exposition.
