  Just taken our new puppy mitzy for needles and micro chipped she hardley even noticed the staff made such a fuss of her thanks 😁😁😁

  I had to have my beloved dog put to sleep recently. Poppy & Amy were wonderful. I was very distressed but they allowed me the time to say goodbye. I can't thank them enough for their compassion & understanding.

  A 5 star service from White Cross Vets. The whole team are welcoming, caring and compassionate with all of my pets. They have a smile on their face from the second you walk in till the minute you leave. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they really treat my pets like their own. I would not trust any other vets with my boys like I trust the women at White Cross Vets! Thanks girls, you are doing an amazing job!!!!

  I took my 14 year old staff to White Cross as an emergency this morning as she was having trouble breathing. After having being checked over by a lovely vet( sorry I can't remember her name) our worse fears where confirmed it would be best for her to be put to sleep. This process was handled with the upmost care and attention to both myself, husband and Cassie we are so grateful for kindness shown in her final minutes. Nothing was rushed and we were told to take as long as we wanted. The receptionist was also kind and sensitive at this very sad time. The candle being lit in the reception area was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this practise it's clean, bright, welcoming and caring. Thank you for fitting us in and making it as comfortable as possible for us as we said good by to our Cassie.
