  Not a bad store. However it's spread over 2 floors. A large part of the lower floor is occupied by a Post Office.

  It is having work done on it. Over 2 floors it has cards, magazines, books and general stationary stuff. There is a post office and this gets busy so if going here be prepared to wait or get there early. It opens at 9am. It does many products but it is not a specialist at any 1 product. There is a lift and an escalator and stairs for access to both floors. The other entrance/exit is in the shopping center.

  got escorted off the premises after a particularly heated debate with the lady on the checkout about the best flavour of crisps. Once outside the store I used a long stick with a tenner taped to the end to finish my transaction. Very accommodating even if Joanne thinks salt and vinegar is a better flavour than cheese and onion

  It was 5 pm yesterday.And being a Sunday,the shop closes by this time.My 9 year old boy,who apparently has Autistic Spectrum was very upset as we reached your shop as it was just about to close.Your wonderful staff that day ,kindly let him in and make him look around the shop even if that would mean having to extend a few minutes for them.They were all kind,smiling and very helpful as my son was throwing a meltdown,as he couldnt comprehend his thoughts why the shop is closed.you have wonderful people that work for you.That day was the best day in WH Smith!.....please extend our warmest gratitude to these staff that truly made our day..esp.my son's day!....More Power to you ,guys!!...this was July 9,2017...afternoon staff!
