  Last time I visited it was really busy around Xmas, got what I wanted and served quickly

  Lots of stock and deals but stationary is on the top floor making it inaccessible to disabled folks There is only one escalator to go up, none to go down and as far as I can see there's no lift so I'm going to have to give accessibility a 2/10. I've been stuck on the upper floor after my chronic pain flared up and when that happens I can barely walk let alone deal with stairs.

  City centre store with a good selection. Ideally placed just off the main shopping area

  Good book shop and it has nice variety of products with an excellent price/quality.

  Went in as they had a special offer on sharpie pens. Good for most stationery but stairs to first floor hard for me due to deteriorating health
