  Has a really diverse set of products and even had self service terminals but the birthday cards were a right rip off. £3 for an a4 piece of card folded over is not fair in my personal opinion. If you have a big family you would get fleeced.

  Disappointed at the lack of customer service shown to my 14yr old daughter and her friend from your store manager today. They were due to attend a book signing for Zoella, (their favourite blogger)and travelled from Glasgow this morning to the store in Edinburgh (soaked through as heavily raining) and queued with all the other excited teens for over an hour to be told they had the wrong tickets, even though I phoned the store last week to confirm if the Bristol tkts they had could be transferred and used in the Edinburgh store and was told that was fine. It is not difficult for the store manager to issue the girls the books from his stock and request stock from the Bristol branch at a later-date!! The books are paid for and I was informed it was not an issue yet the manager would not even speak to me to discuss this further. Really disappointed and my daughter and her friend are devastated. Poor customer service I will be making a formal complaint.
