  Almost as frustrating as the train station shop. When you actually need help, the staff seem to vanish. Good book range.

  I visit the shop regularly. Most of the time you can never find any staff which is frustrating. To be fair, they have more staff at the moment. However, i have to say the customer service was not good. I was served by a rude disinterested staff member, who was more interested in what she was doing and chatting with other staff.
