  I'm afraid I don't have much positive things to say and it pains me to write the customer service, staff and especially quality of the products deserve this low rating. I bought a bathroom 3 years ago, we went for the most expensive range, we have to replace most elements after only few years of normal use. The delivery was poor at the time without any compensation. If you have time or money to spend, you can go there, if not I would avoid. Fred

  Very local to me very helpful staff on numerous occasions first instance ordered two showers online arrived at store to collect only one in stock not a problem an assistant offered me two other showers (which were a lot more expensive)for the price I'd been quoted online👍🏻just this weekend returned some tiles I had left over didn't have the receipt as I'd bought them months ago but wickes staff refunded with no hassle or drama 👍🏻

  My visit was a.waist of time no one had time to spend to discuss the kitchens I asked and got no responce

  The first time i went to this store the members of staff were amazing i must have gone up to the counter 10 times asking where things are and the staff member checked if it was in stock and then told me where it was way better customer service than in other diy shops and prices are absolutely rock bottom 10/10

  This is a good store with easy parking outside, which is handy for heavy goods. We always get the logs and kindle for the log burner here and they usually have plenty in stock.
