  Generally I find the timber is not to badly price also quality off a reasonable standard. The advantage is that although sold in packs ,they can be opened enabling the best for the job to be selected. But I must say I find as a retired time served joiner with many years of workshop experience, that the quality and price off the 6mm mdf 1220 x 600 panels VERY poor. ( no better than a very cheep and soft hardboard )

  Travelled over an hour to get there as their website advertised open to 8pm only to get there and it’s shut.

  Prices competitive and the way shop laid out finding things can be a challenge. Staff are generally pleasant. Getting long items through checkout can be a pain. Prices not always clearly displayed and products can be a bit mixed up especially on smaller items.

  Ordered large number of decking planks online, delivered exactly as promised however as building deck progressed discovered that the bottom 3 planks appeared to have been damaged by forklift. Went into store, couldn't have been more helpful. Within minutes arranged for delivery following morning of 3 new planks and arranged refund of the original £30 delivery charge. Excellent service from start to finish and I for 1 will be using this store in the future.

  Poor range of stock (if you're lucky enough to find something that is in stock). Good luck for finding a shelf edge price. Have to hunt to find staff.
