  Joe was excellent in helping me decide on the camera to purchase, taking time to explain without blinding me with too many tech terms! As a result, I was glad to buy from Wilkinson although the price wasn't the cheapest.

  I can't praise all the staff at Carlisle Wilkinson Cameras highly enough. I went in to the shop and explained my problem and instantly received thoughtful advice on an inexpensive solution which they have helped me to maintain. Always there with additional teaching and support as I've needed it they are all discreet and warm in their help. They are a shining example of the benefits of going into a physical shop and being looked after by real people who know their stuff, who can think sideways to help you and who make you feel welcome. Having become their regular customer is a pleasure. Go try them.

  absolutely fantastic. all staff extremely knowledgable about everything. their customer service is absolute perfection. never a dull moment. very trustworthy, kind, courteous etc. i have bought many things from them. there is no better place than wilkinson cameras to buy your next camera, tripod, bag, binoculars etc. keep up the good work as you deserve the utmost respect.
