  Went there to click and collect where there is no clear sign saying where it is, after queuing up and being told it is the upstairs queue I ended up queuing up twice. The woman dealing with my order ended up getting distracted after a woman asked about wallpaper and a queue jumper asked to get his order too, it resulted in me getting served last and ended up spending half my lunch waiting.

  Large store full of everything that you need at a very reasonable price. I got a set of Allen keys for £1.

  Great customer service and don't tend to spend a lot of time here. Every time I go I get the best service provided by the staff of wilko.

  Excellent prices for some things even though sometimes items are overpriced. My dinner from here costs only £2 (for a sandwich, crisps and a drink) compared to £3+ elsewhere, which is great. Overpriced items can include biscuits, tea, coffee, etc which can be found much cheaper elsewhere (not referring to discount chains like Home Bargains). Overall, a good store, not too expensive if just buying a few things.

  It's not signposted, but the online order pickup desk is upstairs. In-store delivery is free and saves hunting for stuff. Well worth doing.
