  Quite difficult to find staff members to help find things/ask about stock, especially as you get further back in the shop. However, they sell such a huge variety and at (mostly) great prices it’s hard to get angry about it.

  Absolute disgrace. The little old lady with the glasses in customer service just couldn't be asked to be there. When i told her i got another item to pay, she started mumbling and seemed so moody. No hello or friendliness. I even asked her, "your moody today aren't you?" "like you dont want to be here?", and she responded "No i dont want to be here!". What a poor customer service, her days are numbered and should have been sacked on the spot if i had authority. avoid her like the plague. Prices and good homeware stuff however in this store is great.

  Visited the Cowley Centre branch today. The tall lady with glasses who I believe is the manageress, was extremely rude to me. She even started mocking me whilst staff laughed, encouraging her despicable behaviour. To believe that a woman like her is in charge of the shop , is absolutely unbelievable and on top of that the staff were laughing. She needs diversity and equality training!!!

  Incredibly rude staff! Not one.. not two.. but three menbers of staff were so rude, know wonder the store was Empty. Would be nice if the staff had some training as nobody knew where anything was.. would also be nice if the offers you indicate you have on-line have the correct labels on in store, so confusing!
