  We went to William H Brown to purchase our first home and they were also our brokers. There were a few issues along the way but our broker Serina was quick at dealing with the issues and very understanding. She was always around to help us sort everything out.   I was really impressed and happy with the service i got from WHBrown when renting a property recently. Especially with the excellent customer service i received from Sarah Wilson, who did an out of hours viewing for me. She was very thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy. Thank you

  Used the lettings managed service by William H Brown and the service has been good so far. Quick and easy to get hold of especially by having my own point of contact.. I also used the mortgage adviser which was professional and easy to deal with. Plus the deal was better than what I could of got if I had done it myself.

  Outstanding Letting Service. Very fast, efficient and knowledgeable staff who went the extra mile to work at my convenience. Not only did they find a very suitable tenant in an unexpectedly quick time, their experiencing in the checking of tenant suitability was more than helpful. The staff that helped were helpful, informative and flexible making the whole process stress free. I was so impressed I then listed my other properties with them having previously found the re-letting process with other agents slow and very dissatisfying. They proved on this property also to have everything covered and again proved excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this well managed team to others.

  I have found the house I want so am desperate for a quick sale. I can highly recommend anyone in a similar position to use William H Brown in the city. We have had 6 viewings booked in before our listing has gone live online just by proactive calling out. Andrew has been very helpful and professional every time I have a question and has provided feedback very quickly. The branch manager himself came to take measurements for the floorplan to help us get online quickly. Highly recommend!
