  I am most impressed with this Company. One of my front bay windows shattered on Monday morning (19.03.18) due to the severe weather we have been experiencing. I contacted the Window Wizard Repair Centre and they came out to me on the same afternoon to give me a quote. Ryan was very helpful and their fitters sorted out my shattered pain of glass on Tuesday together with another window pane that needed replacing in my porch. Both fitters were very polite and did a cracking job. I will definitely be using them again and would fully recommend them.

  My 1 star review reflects the ridiculousness that I couldn't even get a quote from this company due to their company policy of having both 'decision makers' present at their appointment. All I wanted was a quote for a few replacement double-glazed units. My Husband is hardly going to take time off work for that! Do yourself a favour if you want a quote from this company and tell them you are single and live alone.

  I am writing to say i was very pleased with the wizard company the way i was treated, When they replaced my clouded glass windows in my conservatory, And other jobs they repaired to other windows in my kitchen, the service was spot on time taking the order etc.and turning up to do the jobs.. Many Thanks.!!

  Had some work done by this company which was fine but they broke the toilet seat by standing on it. I have spoken to them about it but two weeks later I still have a broken toilet seat so I my own cost I've replaced it. Not good customer service

  Be warned everyone they have a company policy of insisting that all the decision makers are present for a quote... it is a know sales tatic....they want you both to be there so they can try to talk you ( pressuring you) into buying on the spot without taking any time to think it over. They know that their competitors are cheaper..
