  My wife had a surprise baby shower organized at 1.30 on cathedral Road and I rung the shop at 12.30 to order the Baby Gift Basket. Obviously my request was very urgent and I needed a very quick turn around. Anna (I think) was superb! She took my call/order and it was there on time as promised within the hour. I cant thank the staff at Wine & Roses Cardiff enough. My wife has also just told me that the flowers were beautiful. Top service! Thank you. :)

  Very good service. Use this shop as the flowers are always well presented and the staff are very friendly and helpful

  Friendly. Very helpful. Fine whisky selection. Spent 6 weeks in Cardiff on business. I appreciated the help in selecting a Welsh whisky.

  Bought a large bouquet of flowers for my wife's 40th birthday, sadly the flowers wilted within 3 days and the customer service on complaining was extremely poor. Unfortunately shall not be using this local florist again.
