  Bought my fiance's engagement ring from the store in Cambridge whilst it was still open. The service was excellent. The staff were professional and extremely flexible. A number of weeks after I bought the ring, it went on sale. They happily gave me a gift voucher for the difference, enabling me to buy another piece of lovely jewellery to go with the ring. Very happy.

  Fantastic Service from all the staff, in particular Lee who went above and beyond helping me find the exact watch I wanted as a gift & just in time for Christmas.   Hannah was a star!! We went in to browse and she just let me try a few watches....one in particular. Couldn't afford it on the day but we went back a few weeks later to buy it and Hannah looked after us and made the whole experience so much fun!!
