  Always helpful and supportive when I bring my Bengal cat here. She's a difficult cat to treat, highly strung and lashes out but they never rush her and are always professional.

  My Dog has been going to Woodcroft Vets at Heaton Moor since he was a puppy. I have been to many vets, over the years, as a dog owner and these are the best I have experienced. The level of professionalism is very high. Badger had an eye injury which was diagnosed and he received specialist treatment. The staff took time to explain to me what was wrong and discussed his treatment so that I felt very reassured. Whilst he was in hospital I was kept updated with his condition. On another occasion, he was rushed in with chocolate poisoning and the staff responded swiftly to save his life. The staff are lovely and Badger drags me up the path whenever we go there, I would recommend them. THANK YOU

  My pug was referred to this practice for a soft palate resection and rhinoplasty. This surgery is often performed on pugs to help them breathe more normally. As a veterinary nurse, I am aware how risky this surgery can be and so naturally, like any pet owner, I was worried. It turned out I could not have asked for better care to be taken of my best friend. The surgery was a complete success and Harvey made a very swift recovery! He now leads a much happier (and better oxygenated!) life, bombing around and able to keep up with his more athletic doggy friends. What a brilliant team they have at Woodcroft!

  Had a bad experince April 2015 that wasn't corrected with a vet who couldn't diagnose a dental abcess on my cat. Be careful you don't get the up-sell of extras they are so fond of too. Now using another vet after a frankly very upsetting episode.
