  We recently sold our home with Tim and his team at Woods. As we were relocating this added an extra stressor on the whole thing - from the start, Tim stood out from other EA, as he was professional, approachable, friendly and most importantly took his time in making sure he understood our needs and the aspects of our home in terms of selling it. Turnaround in terms of our first meeting, taking photos and generating a mini pamphlet of our home was pretty quick and within 2 weeks our home had sold for over the asking price. During the sale, he ensured we were kept up-to-date and ensured all information that was needed from us was communicated promptly. We interacted via the phone with several other members of the team including Lucinda, Jordan and Molly - all who ensured our needs and worries were dealt with empathically and proficiently. Tim and his team are an absolute credit to Woods EA. Three months after the start of the process, we have now completed and are now in our new home. Cannot thankyou enough for an extremely top-notch service.

  Have sold and let my properties through Woods in Westbury numerous times now and I always receive fantastic professional service from the team- would never hesitate in using or recommending them.

  Quite possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with. Once you're on the books they flat out ignore you. Ive been left in an unsafe insecure flat with no response to emails or phone calls.

  Not good, no feedback to vendors after viewings, always having to chase, gone down hill since the old crew left.Have gone elsewhere now to sell..cheaper fees isn't always the best case, i since put up with Cjhole and sold within 2 days of being on the market, i'm sorry guys but the service you provide is not great.
