  Having read the reviews I was wary of using the post office, but I had a great experience. Quick service, friendly staff and present store. Maybe they've listened to feedback.

  The most unhelpful and unhappy staff in Leeds. Customer service don't exist in this shop. I don't know how they manage to stay open. From today i am determined not to visit that shop ever again. I don't think they deserve one star.

  I sell frequently and have to send parcels on a daily basis. They regularly deny parcels especially over weekends. Really unreliable. Don't even apologise when they can't take parcels and then get rude when I am upset about it. Sometimes I try to call to see if they are taking parcels that day but the phone number listed is incorrect. I know take a bus daily to use a more reliable post office

  The owners are very rude and inconsiderate. They lack basic manners and customer service. I will never go back to this place and certainly would not recommend it to anyone. In particular, do not attempt to redeliver to this post office as they turn down deliveries with no particular given reason and with no notification.
