We had a good experience with Wren. The price was fair and the assembly was dead easy (if you are moderately practical). I would recommend them to anyone.

Once he got used to the idea that I had already designed (and fitted out) the building extension and the kitchen to fit each other, and therefore didn't require someone to come out and measure, the representative could not have been more helpful. I had decided to go for the cheapest option, flat-pack, but when I realized that the style I wanted was only available in their top range, pre-constructed, at a price which was still close to the competitors' flat-pack, I was glad that I would be saved all the building time. The delivery was bang on time as promised, by two ultra-careful and helpful crew, with every unit securely boxed and protected against damage, and labelled for its specific position, so that they could remain boxed until immediately wanted. Wren were clearly not happy for me to self-fit, but I couldn't afford to pay for something I can do myself. Fitting of legs, plinth fronts, end panels, worktops and coves was the only part requiring reasonable ability, with plenty of spare materials. My only criticism was of the cooker housing, where the plastic legs supplied had no matching location points on the cabinet, and had to be cut to clear the under-oven drawer mechanism Overall, I'm really satisfied, and would recommend Wren to anybody, particularly if, like me, you didn't think you could afford a quality, pre-built kitchen. ..

We moved into a house with an installed Wren kitchen and we wanted to add a matching kitchen island with some units (we sourced our own top as they didn’t have what we were looking for in range) to the middle of the room. Wren were very helpful and gave us lots of good design advice. There was a little bit of a strong sell, but once we explained we weren’t keen on being rushed and weren’t going to commit there and then it was absolutely fine. The price was reasonable and the delivery was smooth, we installed it ourselves which was cost effective because of the units we’d ordered.

Wren offered by far the greatest selection of kitchens with helpful and informed staff. Delivery was on time. Instructions very clear. Price was unbeatable.

If I could rate any lower than 1 I most certainly would. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with - bar none. Their kitchens are mediocre - the showrooms have lots of great features, but "not available yet". The price was OK, but I got a better price for an entire kitchen (Wren were not supplying new carcasses) supply and install from an independent company. Their appliances were 50% higher in price that a "never knowingly undersold" department store. Their customer service was THE most appalling aspect of the whole terrible shambolic experience. The man they sent to measure up went to an incorrect address; they turned up on days they were not supposed to turn up on, and didn't turn up on pre-booked dates; they left messages asking why I had not returned their calls when they had been expressly told I was not in the country and was not available to discuss kitchens until a certain date. A week after I had requested and received my deposit back, I had someone from Wren ring to tell me that all was ready to proceed with the installation on a date I had already told them was NOT available. I was then amazed when Wren called to ask why I was not proceeding with the install, and what they could do better! If you value your state of mind, do not even contemplate using this company. I am sure you will be impressed by their sales pitch, the shiny showrooms, and the "discount" they readily offered, but please think twice before committing yourself to a kitchen from Wren. You might be lucky, but I fear you may not.
