  I have been using Xercise4less for almost 2 years now, it is a cheap and clean gym with great value for money. Friendly staff are welcoming always happy to help with problems/queries.

  I like the range of equipment and the quality of the equipment overall. The Nottingham branch is also very spacious which is good.

  Can be extremely busy at peak times. Other than that a very good, and cheap gym! Plenty of cardio machines as well as free weights. Make sure you bring a water bottle as there are limited water fountains!
