  Went into this shop 10 mins from closing having encountered a problem on the way of the roses. They saw me there and then and sorted the problem immediately and even did me a water while I waited. Fantastic service!!

  I would highly recommend this independent bike shop. Staff very friendly and service second to none. Had a very thorough bike fit with Fraz and now can go out on the bike for miles pain free.

  Cycleworks without a doubt is one of the best shops in Yorkshire, many a time have they booked me in quickly to take a look at my bike. They also do not sell you the most expensive top of the range piece of kit they can, they get to know your needs. 10/10 for customer service. My go to bike shop for any work or advice!

  Excellent service from friendly and expert staff. I spoke with Joe, who took lots of time to advise me on the best equipment for my needs and made me feel very comfortable, being a cycling novice, with my purchases and furnished me with lots of advice for when I'm out on the road, enjoying using my new kit. Too often specialist retailers can make you feel a bit stupid, through your lack of knowledge, and push stuff on you you might not necessarily need. Not a bit of this here. Highly recommended for novices and hardened pro's alike.

  Over the last few years, I've visited the shop for bike repairs and cycling gear. I've found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially Joe, who always has time to offer his expert advice. I recently had a bike-fit in the shop with Jon, to achieve a better, more efficient riding position. This certainly worked for me. On my first ride a few days later it was very noticeable that I was generating more power on the bike, essentially making me go much faster (the stats don't lie!). I'd highly recommend a bike-fit with Jon, he is very knowledgeable and was thorough whilst doing the bike-fit. Basically, if you want to be more efficient and/or go faster on your bike, pay Jon in the shop a visit. It was worth every penny!
