  Still a great site with easy access to the city but spoilt somewhat at the moment as they are building a new hotel on the land immediately adjacent. Rather noisy and will no doubt be ongoing for sometime.

  Great site 10 mins walk from centre of town. Nice to to walk by the river to exercise the dogs but watch out for the cyclists.

  Typical cmh club site, facilities top class, good MH service point, good size pitches and close (5 min) to local shops, restaurants etc, steady 15-20 min walk into York centre, only downside is its hard to get a pitch, always booked unless you're lucky to get a late availability pitch

  It is a great site very close to the city so easy to walk to all the places in York. The pitches are mainly hard standing and many have nice low hedges separating them.

  Excellent site situated within easy walking distance to York City Centre. Local shops selling everything your culinary needs might require. Very clean & warm toilet block. Ideal for dogs walkers & cyclist. Note site can potentiality flood from river Ouse so worth checking conditions before traveling. Will definitely be back.
