  Busy Friday afternoon in town, lost a star for only having one staff on, though there were only 2 people in queue before me so not too bad. Gained 2 stars as counter staff David was so helpful and friendly, and willing to be pleasant. Took the time to explain to others that he couldn't come out to help them fill a form, as it was him on his own with a manager and a queue! Helped me perfectly with my enquiry, which wasn't easy, even though he knew there was someone else waiting, and took the time to ensure clarity of instruction.
