  We chose this company to re-mortgage with. Our application was accepted in February. Having been promised a completion date of 3rd April, it's now May 17th and we STILL await.Their chosen solicitors lost 2 lots of paperwork and today, the supposed day of completion, no-one can get them on the phone to release the funds, costing us £40 per day since April 3rd.What a complete joke. Take our advice - go somewhere else.
