Very kind and caring. Didn't rush us. Loved my cat almost as much as we do 🐾

I have been taking my dog to this vets since they opened in 2012... I had generally been happy with the service from them however the last few times I've been ive thought how expensive they were... i was quoted £220 to have a skin tag (no bigger than 1cm long) removed so booked her in... turned up on the operation day to be informed it was infact £480 to have a skin tag removed... I was shocked the vet went away to check and was told they couldnt just charge for the GA which is what the vet had said on the consultation...but would reduce the price down to a Wart removal... making the total £315 still nearly £100 more than I was quoted... I was then told the person who quoted me actually worked for the Coventry branch and that Solihull wouldn't do it for the price she quoted... needless to say I left with my dog... I've now sorted it with another vets for the original price including all the after care and I wasn't charged a consultation fee on top! I won't be going back to Your Vets!

Very clean and staff are lovely. But if you have a long term problem with your animal they don't help much with cost. Very caring though x

AVOID This practice is purely money motivated. They employ Eastern European vets who have not trained to a British standard (cheap vets more profit for this company). Unable to diagnose a illness give you tablets, that don't work you go back 2 weeks later and get charged the consultation fee again and pay for a different course of treatment that still does not work.
