  This shop is sadly closing down really soon, but we visited in March and the staff were lovely. We bought our corgi puppy a few treats to chew (she's still teething), and the staff were kind and friendly throughout. She even got a free sample of fish chews, which she absolutely loved!

  Nice family run pet shop in the heart of Kensington, everything from chew toys to fish food.

  I went there today to buy some stuff for my rabbit and one of your members of staff was very impolite to me. I will never buy anything there ever again.

  I went there a couple of weeks ago to purchase a budgie. Staff were very helpful and informative, offering the best advice and care suggestions for my new pet. The after-sales care service is second to none. The manager was more than happy to return my calls and offer an 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I was really taken back by how far the team went to accommodate my needs and to make sure that I was a satisfied customer and that I felt valued. Thank you for such a great service. I'll definitely be coming back here in the near future to get more supplies, and maybe even a friend of my current budgie.
