  Took my 4 month old puppy in benji today. (November ish) It has been a nightmare combing him. I only had him 3.5 weeks everything is a game and I am lucky to get 4 combs a day out of him with treats, so thought they would have a nightmare with him. I picked him up 2 hours later and he looked so chilled out as if he had been pampered for 2 hours in a jacuzzi... he laided out on his back when I picked him up... (a first) This place is full of so much love they are like doggie staints. £40 for a wash, full cut and fresh spray. They did everything claws, ears inside and bum squease. Well done guys he looked so adorable I was pulled aside by 4 different people that wanted to meet my beautiful boy at the tube station. Best experience ever

  THESE ARE BUTCHERS NOT BARBERS!!! A few days ago I brought my Cavapoo here to get a haircut. On the way home after collecting him I noticed he was bleeding!!! On closer inspection I discovered he had multiple cuts and grazes. I took him straight back as they have a vet on site and I wanted to confront them about what they had done. They offered no compensation, refund or even a mere apology .... If you love your animal DO NOT take them here. (Edit) I am disgusted with the response which suggest that this did not happen and I am lying. As I am not comfortable posting my real name online I have attached a picture of the Hibi scrub your vet prescribed.

  Great range on treats and stuff for dogs. Very nice and helpful staff.

  This pet shop is (not my local) so beautifully supplied with all things that you might need for your pet. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is also a grooming parlour for your pooch. I took my shih tzu for grooming there many times. Last time I was not very happy about a few bits but to my pleasant surprise I was called by the owner. It is fantastic that they care about their customers and I would definitely take my dog back there with full confidence. Highly recommend

  The store itself is great, lots of dog toys, treats and everything you could want/need. However I took my dog here in June 2017 for a haircut and when I went to collect her, the receptionist returned me someone else's Labradoodle. I told her that this wasn't my dog, and she tried to insist that it was. Until I pointed out that I had a girl dog and this was in fact a boy, she needed to go find my dog. Fortunately, my dog was still with the groomer and everything ended OK but slightly worrying as she could have gone home with a total stranger had I not been more careful. Despite this, it is our local groomer so I might give them another try.
