::Great place in a Central location. Close to train and bus services plus there's plenty of parking nearby which is free on Sundays. Love the Sunday morning roller skating/rollerblading sessions there from 10:30-13:00. Suitable for all levels and instruction and skate hire available too.

::Reasonably priced with a good-enough quiet gym and a range of classes (spin, yoga, Pilates). I hear quality of classes can be variable. Probably best for anyone looking to squeeze in some more exercise before/after work or at lunchtimes. Wouldn't be my first choice for leisure.

::Dont expect much from the gym; for cardio etc its well equipped, the gym however is poorly maintained and equipped; odd plates everywhere and bars are all in need of TLC. Ok for a one off if needed.
