  There really is no-one like Tiff! Her and the other instructors have helped build up the confidence of each and every single member that enters the studio, myself included. The classes are fun and exciting. Originally I was brought here because I missed the "sexy" part of pole dance and my expectations were blown away. By far my favorite part of my week are taking part in the Sexy Fundamentals and Exotic Dance classes not to mention learning/perfecting pole tricks.

  I started class at pole physique in January this year and I can honestly say it’s the best decision I have made. The instructors are amazing everyone is so warm and welcoming. The changes I have seen in myself both fitness/ dance and rebuilding my confidence has been amazing. Tiff and Jen constantly pushing and supporting me to try thing i never thought i would be able to do 4 months in. Proud to be part of the pole physique family. X

  Pole Physique is often the highlight of my week. A great place to build your confidence and learn with knowledgeable and friendly instructors. Would highly recommend here if you're looking for a pole school in Glasgow!

  By far the best pole school in Glasgow! The teachers are amazing and so knowledgeable! The school feels more like a sisterhood and are so welcoming to everyone that joins. Absolutley love it there!

  Best pole studio! Tiff and all the instructors are amazing and really know their stuff. It's a very supportive environment and always such a confidence boost
