  Bad company. Went in to see about a motobility car. Looked at cars. Went in the next day to see if i would really like a mercedes but an old man came over to me and was abrupt and not friendly at all. Bad attitude towards customers.he shouldnt be working there. Wont be back again. Dont like getting spoken to , like shite.. I advise people not to go to mercedes.

  Took my Merc in for its first mot. I had a couple of small issues that required investigation that I hadn't informed them of when booking it in. When I got there and told them they fixed these immediately without any fuss. Friendly service with a smile, can't ask for more!

  0 Star. These guys are just money grabbers. They quoted a MINIMUM of £150 inc. VAT to "investigate a problem" (after I told them what the problem was!). They then quoted an additional £450 for repairs including items that were not broken (£600 to replace a door handle). Complete joke. And they have bought this review upon themselves, as I tried to reason with them after they grabbed by £150, I wasn't going back. I bought a replacement part online for £20, got painted for £60 and the painters kindly installed it for free in 5minutes. There we go Mercedes, you quoted £600 for an £80 repair. Highly disappointing, money grabbing. Give my £150 back please.
