  Nino is one of the good guys in an industry overun with crooks. He restored my car back to brand new condition after an accident when other larger outfits had failed to do so. Throughout the process Nino's focus was on customer satisfaction and he repeatedly went the extra mile to exceed my expectations.

  I needed my front bumper replaced after someone backed into me at slow speed. As I have the SE version of a BMW 5-series, this would give me a chance to upgrade to an M-sport bumper. I talked with all the body shops in Cambridge and was extremely disappointed. In short, no one wanted to do the work the “right” way, in my opinion, and some shops were downright dodgy as hell. Then I found Nino at Barr Tech. It was immediately apparent to me that he loves cars and is passionate about doing things the right way. I’d found my guy! In the end, Nino found that some other body panels were not the right colour and had been repainted before. I naturally wanted this rectified, but I don’t think any other shop would have noticed this issue, or cared enough to bring it to my attention. Nino really wants a car to be perfect when it leaves his shop. When I asked Nino when my car would be done, he said, “When everything is right.” That is EXACTLY what I want to hear from someone taking care of my car! Nino and his team (hat tip to Paul the paint guy) do top notch work. Also, his rates are in line with most other shops, so you’re not paying a massive premium for this kind of service. If you’re in the Cambridge area, don’t even consider taking your car anywhere else. Barr Tech is unquestionably the best.

  They've taken great care of my last car (Porsche Boxster) and my current one (BMW M3). Definitely recommend them.
