  Personnel is very kind, the hotel is situated just 5 minutes from the famous Eagle pub. Corridors and other common areas are currently under maintenance (wet paint) but it wasn't a problem at all. The only thing I would suggest to improve is the warm air conditioning which is too low for these cold days

  Lovely hotel, which has been treated to a recent upgrade. Rooms tastefully decorated in a contemporary style and are comfortable, with all the expected trimmings and of just the right temperature. Customer service standards are very high and staff are very proactive and approachable, if a guest experiences any minor issues that need attention.

  I am surprised this place hasn't got a much higher rating as it was absolutely perfect for the night that I stayed there. The staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival, the room was generously sized and comfortable, clean and warm. I found the bed especially cosy to sleep in and the bathroom was divine. I was only there for one night but could have happily stayed for longer.

  We stayed here for one night in December. The room was a great price and the hotel was ideally located for a short walk into the city. We only dealt with one member of sysff, we found her to be friendly and efficient. The room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a little issue that was resolved quickly and without fuss. We hope to book again next time we visit Norwich.

  Lovely night spent here. We had the family room, or rather house. It was lovely. Could have quite happily stayed there longer. The service was perfect, friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, for dinner and breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
