  We had a party of 10 stay last night (24th March) and cannot thank you enough for making our visit such a memorable one. The receptionist was a star (sorry I can't remember your name) and made us feel very special. Eight of our party were teenagers and were convinced we had arrived at the wrong hotel thinking it was too posh. The rooms were beautiful and supremely comfortable. Breakfast was very 'full English' in addition to a comprehensive range of juices, pastries and fruit. Thank you for making our stay so complete. 5 Stars

  My brother and his family stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel were very good with them when they had to change their dates He was full of praise for how well it was organised. They particularly enjoyed the pool. I've knocked a star off because the restaurants, where we had a meal with them, was too loud, the food was okay but pricey. The main issue was cigarette smoke from the huge number of smokers just by the entrance. It came in to the extent that we had to wash out clothes, just like the old days before the smoking ban.

  We have stayed regularly at The Best Western Hotel for years. Lovely staff and consistently very good accommodation and food. Our 2 daughters (11+14) always enjoy staying there. Sometimes we get a free upgrade to one of the Suites, which is real treat.

  An overall quality place to stay.... clean.. staff polite and helpful.. The room is a good size the beds are clean and comfy the bathroom facilities were great!! You are able to roam and drink at the bar at your leisure!! My key didn't work however it was fixed straight away with no complications!! The price was unbelieable it was Just an all round nice place to stay! Will 100% be returning. Also the parking was free!! Thank you for a pleasant nights stay

  Very clean modern hotel. It still feels like a Moat House hotel (as was previously). Bedrooms a little 90’s, but in very good condition and comfortable. Pleasant staff and nice selection of bottled local ales in bar. I’d recommend if you’re in Stoke - it’s the best by far.
