  One of the staff or owner is arrogant and judgmental (The taller guy is amazing by the way and very helpful but our review is negative because of the following) - It is expensive for what we got, front derailleur went totally stuck after service and bike was scratched visibly (The guy just chucked the bike over to the big pile, total of 4 new scratch and chips) Price seems to be dependent on mood and worst was the shorter guy shooed a cyclist away telling him literally that the police may be around and be suspicious of him just browsing the shop (Skin color, go figure) (Taller guy digressed by telling his partner that the cyclist is a regular and just looking at their products)

  Amazing.. Been hunting for a weird sized replacement bolt for a seat post for two weeks in every bike shop in Bristol. The guy identified it before it left my hand and found a replacement in seconds. It was like stepping into a wand shops Saved me £20 for a new post Know where I I will be going when I need my bike serviced These guys know their stuff

  Asked to fix my front derailleur and managed to fit the repair in very promptly. Offered plenty of know-how and very competitively priced!

  I brought my bike here a few times and I found the service to be honest and straightforward. When I needed to replace a wheel, they had a variety of options and prices, and I got to choose the right one for me. It's not cheap but reasonably priced and much more helpful than anywhere else I've found in Bristol.
