  Fantastic people! Took my bike to them literally just as they were closing, and within one minute they had fixed what was (for them) a simple problem with my brakes. Didn't charge me anything, just left a brillaint impression. Very friendly people, would definitely reccomend you ask these guys their opinion before taking your bike elsewhere

  Left feeling pretty humiliated. Clearly not the place to go for general bike issues. Some of the worst customer service I've come across, so very disappointed after having this place recommended to me.

  Left my Canondale here today for a service, the bike needed a lot doing as gears, chain and brakes were in a bad way (the bike is 14 years old). The guys did a brilliant job, the bike is running brilliantly and the cost was very reasonable.

  Looking at the reveiws they are no doubt pretty good but as they don't answer the phone and they don't answer email enquiries it has been hard to test their services!!!
