  Had SUCH a good experience with the guys at Rollquick! Had been recommended to try this store as I was looking for quite a specific bike (had already been searching for a while) and was super happy that I found what I was looking for . . . Barney went out of his way to give me advice and lots of chances to get out and ride! I was already super impressed with the customer service and then Dan went above and beyond helping me to sort out getting a bike box to go bike touring with! Also answered all of my questions, these guys are super knowledgble and down to earth. Couldnt recommend this place more really 🚴‍♀️

  Bought a bicycle here for £210 and realised I am not going to use it so brought it back and got offer of £30. I know they need to make some money, but it is a bit too much. They are nice guys though.

  Phoned to see if they had a second hand commuter that might fit me - a very tall female. Yes, and on visiting that afternoon I was directed to a lovely bike, very smooth riding, clearly well tuned up. I did try a few for comparison's sake, but the assistant's first instinct was spot on and I took away the first bike I'd been shown. Well within budget. On the ride home I noticed how much easier the ride felt with a bike that fit me properly and was well balanced. I even scored a free D-lock (because February?) Very worthwhile trip across town, 100% recommend!

  These guys are really great and professional. Not trying to rip you off and charge you for everything under the sun like most bike shops. I've had some bad experiences with bike shops in Bristol, so the service and feedback on my bike I received was very refreshing. They also did a great job. Keep up the hard work because word of mouth is the best form of advertising and I will be referring you. Nice one

  Amazing customer service and great prices. Bought my bike from here about 6 months ago and since have had it serviced and repaired, all for free! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!!
