  Having been back to the Alexandra this week and stayed for 3 days, I have to say what a fantastic place. The staff on the Chester ward were amazing and the catering staff always a pleasure to see. Highly recommended, clean and great procedures. *****

  Stayed at the Alexandra, 22nd - 28th February, for a triple bypass, under the care off Mr Paul Waterworth and the fantastic team he works with , everything went well and Mr Waterworth visited or phoned on numerous occasions, checking on my situation, 5 stars all round from me , thank you.

  Amazing treatment from all members of staff, extremely friendly and caring especially Caroline on Chester intensive care ward. She has been looking after my dad and my dad couldn’t stop praising her, he doesn’t remember much but he remembers how nice Caroline has been during his stay. Thank you!!

  Fantastic. Can't fault it in any way. Received exemplary care. Staff wonderful, food good too.

  Nurses, physiotherapist, consultants were great. Seen on time. Had surgery and the ward staff were amazing. My only issue was the admin/reception staff, i felt like they couldn't be bothered, not very friendly.
