::I have been having personal training sessions with Mikey Spice for 4 weeks now and I have already had some amazing results. I have had personal trainers before at other gyms but unfortunately the results were not great. Mikey is professional in his role as a PT and passionate about changing the lives of those who come to him. Mikey is on hand 24 hours a day to give support and advice whenever you need it. He is more than happy to help you and guide you correctly even when you are not in his studio. Mikey is definitely worth every penny and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and highly skilled personal trainer. Naghma

::I joined BodySharp as I needed a change, I was fit but didn't have much body strength, in just 4 week I went from not being able to even do 1 pull up to now being able to do 6-7. I can already see changes, I am so much stronger. Even though the sessions are beastly i really enjoy them, no gain without pain right! The variety of training sessions are great & we all work as a team. Mikey, the trainer understands what your goals are & helps you get there & certainly doesn't allow you to slack & train half halfheartedly. The value for my money is exceptional, Mikey is dedicated in providing a personal approach to every single one of us & isn't about getting as many people as he possibly can to join up.
