I have had personal trainers before at other gyms but unfortunately the results were not great. Mikey is professional in his role as a PT and passionate about changing the lives of those who come to him. Mikey is on hand 24 hours a day to give support and advice whenever you need it. He is more than happy to help you and guide you correctly even when you are not in his studio. ::I joined BodySharp as I needed a change, I was fit but didn't have much body strength, in just 4 week I went from not being able to even do 1 pull up to now being able to do 6-7. I can already see changes, I am so much stronger. Even though the sessions are beastly i really enjoy them, no gain without pain right! The variety of training sessions are great & we all work as a team. Mikey, the trainer understands what your goals are & helps you get there & certainly doesn't allow you to slack & train half halfheartedly. The value for my money is exceptional, Mikey is dedicated in providing a personal approach to every single one of us & isn't about getting as many people as he possibly can to join up.

::What a place, deceptive form the outside but the tardis from within. Plenty of equipment and knowledge. Micky Spice certainly knows his stuff. I thought I was fit until I came here, next level training.
