  Staff at Dior counter fantastic even call you with new offers or products that would suit your skin. Also not too busy has good selection of branded makeup and staff keen to help.

  Use boots at least once a week to have several spools of film developed. Good quality pictures and lovely staff. However, I always have to wait at least ten minutes for a member of staff to serve me at the photo section and there is always a huge queue of people waiting at the cash desks. Really understaffed on the top floor and this through no fault of the hardworking staff really let's the service down.
