::Use boots at least once a week to have several spools of film developed. Good quality pictures and lovely staff. However, I always have to wait at least ten minutes for a member of staff to serve me at the photo section and there is always a huge queue of people waiting at the cash desks. Really understaffed on the top floor and this through no fault of the hardworking staff really let's the service down.
