  While facilities do leave things to be desired, this can be explained by the age of the building. The staff have earned 500,000 stars in my opinion. They are so professional, assertive and kind. I saw them in a panic, and they still provided 100% brilliant customer service. I am an underclass man, and hospitality is 99% of the game for me. Don't go anywhere else if you want to be treated well. It is a very "ornate", "classic" hotel to me.

  Bijzonder gebouw,oud krakerig doordat eigenaar nauwelijks wat verbetert. Toch een belevenis en goedkoop, wel vriendelijk personeel die zeer bereidwillg zijn.

  Friendly service, lovely clean room and big bathroom, the room had tea making facilities, a television, hair dryer, comfortable beds. The bathroom came with soap and hair/body wash however if you require conditioner I would suggest bringing your own. Didn't use room service but a pleasant stay overall. Only downside is it's on a main road so can be a bit noisy outside but I didn't find this a problem personally and would recommend staying here

  Very clean and basic room. The room was chilly and the bathroom water was lukewarm. A mat to step out of the shower would be good. Internet was good in reception area but weak in bedroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location from(4 mins walk)train station.

  Schlechter geht es nicht. Schimmel im Bad, Fenster zum Innenhof neben einem pfeifenden Wärmetauscher. Verdreckte Stühle, alte Federkernmatratze....... ich möchte gar nicht weiter aufzählen
