  Our 6th stay, as always we loved it. Another different room again,spotlessly clean, spacious,comfy and warm. Everything we needed was there. Excellent service from staff member Claudia (as always) couldn't do enough for us with lots of giggles again. Lovely food at breakfast time, plenty of choice to eat & drink. Roll on next visit. 10/10 A* Lisa and Marcus

  So, I was travelling up to Wolverhampton for an important interview at a nearby hospital, and chose this hotel to stay in overnight. Upon arrival, the receptionist (the Eastern European lady) was very rude and abrupt. Upon paying for the room, to my surprise the PIN number for my credit card did not seem to work (which I have since sorted) and the receptionist immediately began calling me a fraud - infront of other guests! When I showed her my debit card, passport, driving licence and NHS ID - she became even more rude, which let the hotel down significantly. We disputed this in the reception area for over an hour, by which point it was 10pm, so the interview preparation I had planned that night didn't get done. I then spoke to the Manager (the Asian man) over the telephone and went up to my room - which was unfortunately freezing cold and front-facing, so I heard loud traffic all night long. Breakfast in the morning was good however and was served by a lovely lady (the Asian lady). Due to openly being called a fraud - I will never stay here again. It's such a shame, as visually it's a nice hotel. But it is let down by abusive staff members. Despite all of this, I got the job I was interviewing for. I'm now an NHS manager - not a fraud. And if any members of staff from this hotel come into my place of work, they will receive the best of care and respect. Thank you.

  Stopped for 2 nights.. a very warm welcome on arrival..staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.. the hotel is very well kept.. clean and comfortable throughout.. will definitely stop there again.

  I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my stay. Everything surpassed my expectations, from the exceptional customer service to the stylish yet sophisticated rooms. There was a range to choose from for breakfast. The hotel itself is only a 10 minute walk from the city centre, yet the room was nice and peaceful. I will definitely be returning.
