  I had a free visit, and was satisfied with it. The gym is not bad, new equipment. The previous review about showers is completely true, water drain is not enough. When you exit pool area it is freezing! But I set 1 because of unreasonable membership policy. I live close to Canary Wharf, 10 minutes walking from the club, but it turned out that I'm unable to visit it because the club is ONLY for ppl who work or live on Canary Wharf. I believe this kind of discrimination is unacceptable and I'd not recommend this club to anyone.

  Staff are rude and unhelpful - everything seems like a massive inconvenience. Offered a "corporate rate" which is actually the same price as the normal rate, so don't fall for that one. Gym floor and pool are reasonable enough. Changing rooms aren't great. Showers always flood so you're standing in other peoples discarded water. If you aren't interested in Squash or swimming there are better options around here for less money.

  I think this place is excellent. The facilities are first-class. I purely do Spin and Body Pump classes and Nell, Marie and Viktoria are absolute stars.

  0 Star. Not open on weekend. Gym floor so small, cramped and overcrowded. Off peak members not stopped going in peak times. Jacuzzi broken.

  Great gym, refurbished in 2016 and now open to anyone working in Canary Wharf. Large gym, pool, squash courts, table tennis, spa, sauna/steam room, hireable lockers and personal trainers. Recommended.
