  I bought my first car from them and I can't say I was amazed by their service. The car was MOT'd and sparkling clean but the Fiesta I bought had a broken electric mirror. When mentioned it to Luke he said he'd get it sorted before I made the final payment however when I went to pick it up he hadn't fixed it. He even said "it's not that expensive to buy on the Internet, I'm sure you can find one on amazon". So I'd have to purchase the part and then have someone install it for me as it was an electric part, all that at my expense extra from the £2500 I paid for a 2005 3door Fiesta. He knew I was clueless about cars, hadn't even passed my practical test yet but that didn't stop him from not keeping his word. The air-conditioning didn't work either but I didn't bother going back to him as I was sure he'd do nothing about this either. I'm definitely not buying from them again.

  Friendly people good range of cars all in a1 condition will be getting my car from there

  Outstanding customer service. I now have a lovely Peugeot 508 and I will have no hesitation returning to purchase my next car from Luke and also recommending them to anyone I know looking for a car. I was a nervous customer as it was only my second car purchase and also I moved over to an automatic so he reassured me I would be ok with some great advise and sent me off on a test drive and i loved it! All cars on display were in immaculate condition fully valeted with all checks done. Great service all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Highly recommended! Got a lovely little run around at a bargain price, just what I was looking for ☺ Luke was super helpful and accommodating. They really did go the extra mile!

  I thought I had a small problem with the car I bought from Castle4cars and Luke didn't hesitate to get it booked in and checked over for me. Great service received and I would be happy to recommend Castle4cars
