  Purchased a Skoda Octavia vRS from these guys approx. a month ago. A nice easy hassle free purchase & I'm very happy with the car & the excellent friendly service from Tom.

  I brought my focus st from here a few months ago havnt had any problems with the car. Very helpful and friendly would recommend and definitely buy another car from here in the future.

  Would not recommend. I brought my 1st car form here October 17. Had a problem with the electric window at first. took the garage 3 attempts to repair. Shortly after this i noticed that the car was losing oil rapidly. Direct cars was closed so i took the car to an independent mechanic; he advised me that the head gasket was on its way out and that it needed to be replaced as a matter of urgency. I took the car back to Direct cars and told them that another mechanic had looked at the car and i had been advised to get the head gasket done urgently. Direct cars pretty much told me to go away and that there was nothing wrong with the head gasket. And guess what 2 months later my head gasket has blown. Would not trust this place. Very unhappy customer.

  Was sold a car that had flaws. Took the car to a reliable mechanic for a once over, and discovered the front exhaust flexis had been filled in with putty as they had been cracked and not replaced by Direct Cars. Also had a screw in one of the tyres, only to find out that it had been filled with putty too! Bog standard, cheap "repairs" instead of honourable replacements. Cutting corners to save themselves money. On top of all this, they had the cheek to imply no advisories on the latest MOT which was also done by their own garage.
