  Very disappointed. Late arriving, terribly slow (I had to move a lot of stuff myself to hurry it up), very unhelpful, lorry too small (so had to do two trips and still left lots of stuff in the garden), mattress marked, mirrors and paintings not wrapped, left rubbish from their lorry at our previous house. They then refused to unload until we paid them the extra money they charged us for this complete shambles. Avoid at all costs!
