  Excellent storage at a very competitive price. Actual people to talk to on the phone and understanding and amenable staff makes this the best experience of dealing with a company I've had in a long time. George and his team have been very helpful during my time with them and it's sad to see them leaving Bristol centre. Best of luck to the whole team there and thank you.

  Excellent customer service - as first time storage users - George answered all our questions whether via phone or email, promptly, politely and patiently. Items were collected by a lovely couple in whom we had immediate faith! Two quotes from my student son sum it up "I think this company must have a policy of only employing really nice people" and later on the train home "It has just occurred to me that I handed over my precious items to Teresa and Martin without a second thought, it felt really secure!". The whole transaction from start to finish has been efficient, friendly and felt really safe - also very good value. Highly recommend this company.

  Friendly, helpful and can highly recommend. Owner is ever so customer orientated and was always polite, friendly and helpful although I never met him personally. Always returns calls too, even over weekends. Would definitely use Red Spot Storage again.
