  Helpful staff, good store layout and size BUT unfortunately poorly stocked, during a recent visit with a 3 and 6 year old the store didn't have sizes required for either child for any of the shoes we would have opted for.

  Very helpful staaf, got there at 6.30pm with broken school shoes and needed new ones. The customer service was very good, no rushing and good advise. Thank you

  I worked here for just over 1 year.. had three different management in this short space of time it was chaotic. Under paid at just over £6 a hour for a crazy amount of work especially at peak times, There's no appreciation from head office for how much work and information about the products you need to learn in the space of only days it's pathetic :( staff are friendly only to customers and are absolutely miserable and rude behind the scenes! Staff are even expected to clean toilets and hoover stockroom as the company don't want to payout for a cleaner! So happy I found a job that i wakeup looking forward too, and also feel appreciated in as my pay represents how much hard work I do! :D

  Excellent quality shoes and nice designs. Good quality/price ratio. The tellers were very helpful and polite. I reccomend this place.
